What you will do

- Build features and integrations for production AI systems, under a senior engineer's architecture, against the client's real stack

- Help instrument and measure a workflow's baseline before the build starts
What we are looking for
- 1–3 years of software engineering experience, with real code shipped to production
- Some exposure to building with LLMs — coursework, side projects, or professional work all count
- Comfort with ambiguity: client environments are messy, and the workflow rarely matches the documentation
- A bias toward shipping over polishing — we measure outcomes, not elegance
