The Lead Data Analyst will play a critical role in the CCST team, working in partnership with the Quality Assurance team. The role involves managing client inquiries, analyzing banking datasets, and leveraging advanced data manipulation skills. This position requires proficiency in SQL, and experience with Python, Salesforce, and Power BI is preferred. What you will do
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Inquiry Resolution: Act as the primary contact for managing and resolving client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse client questions to uncover actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Quality Assurance Participation: Participate in the execution of sampling workflow and quality assurance initiatives to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
- Data Visualization: Design and develop intuitive Power BI dashboards to facilitate effective data visualization for stakeholders.
- Advanced Data Manipulation: Employ advanced SQL and Python skills for comprehensive data manipulation and analysis, driving product enhancement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data initiatives align with organizational objectives, fostering a global mindset.
